Here you will find a female empowered support system designed to uplift and encourage women of all ages, races & ethnic backgrounds to become the ultimate version of themselves in terms of business, entrepreneurship, education, self care, motherhood and many other avenues of life women travel down. 

When Baddies with Class was created, it began with an idea to help close friends & family members get ahead in life. Soon after, the idea grew into a movement across Hampton Roads. More & more women displayed an interest in becoming involved; not only to get inspired but to also be an inspiration to others. We have created a healthy, positive environment community of women who adheres to our mission of creating a better world, one woman at a time. We are a group of confident and driven women dedicated to strengthening each other's success in business and making a positive impact in our community. Our goal is to support one another and share knowledge to help each other grow within oneself and our community.
